This is a sample Webform using my module Webform Conditional. I originally created it at the 2010 Florida Drupal Camp, thanks to everyone there for their help.

Important:  This is not a real feedback form for 2010 Florida Drupal Camp and was not endrossed by the Florida Drupal group.

It is just a way to display the functionality of Webform Conditional module.

Try out various answers to see how different components can be shown for different answers, including ranges of answers.
